Pork cheek meat is a rare cut from the head to the cheek, and it is said that only a few hundred grams can be obtained from one pig.Because it loses its freshness quickly, it is rarely available at general retail stores.The texture is chewy and springy, yet the meat is soft and crisp, and the stronger the flavor the more you chew it, the better it tastes! It's low in fat, rich in collagen and calcium, and low in calories, so it's great for women!
